The overall design looks like premium one ?
It satisfy the requirement of themeforest ?
Is design responsiveness is good ?
Run smoothly on all the browsers ?
And finally its going to be approval ?

Overall your design is good. Try to improve the typography you can try some different font. Please improve your logo. There are 3 errors in html validator solve them. Overall its a good template. I hope the admins will accept it.
