Hello, would anyone know how to remove 'Buy this theme | Support portal | Dream-Theme | User Guide" from the footer section of the7/ Dream-Theme theme. i have already unticked the ‘Give credits to Dream-Theme’ in the customisation menu.

Theme Options > Branding, uncheck the “Give Credit to Dream-Theme”.
Appearance > Menus to change the bottom men
Have you tried to reach out to The7 theme author for support? If not, please use following section:
it is uncheck - but it’s still there.
