Remove 'Estudio Patagon Meta Tags'

Hi everyone

I need help to remove ‘Estudio Patagon Meta Tags’ in my blog posts. I’m using Yoast SEO and I don’t need this meta tags from Estudio Patagon.

How can i do this?

In rein-functions.php insert_fb_in_head() add this meta tags
