Rejection of Theme in Themeforest

Hello Everyone,
I have been attached with themeforest from last 1 year, I was working with HTML templates for eCommerce. Recently I have upload Opencart 3 theme but unfortunately it is hard reject by themeforest. I have already work in opencart theme before. I want to know why this happen ?

I converted my own HTML template to Opencart 3 theme, Is this meter of rejection ?
