Hello guys
I was following up with evnato support from months for refund my amount as from of credit but I see only two ppl from support are such slow and not my refunding my credit
here i am seeking help that how to get it fix because below ticket took more than 3 months
one support guy came and say it was refunded without checking refund relevant link which was raised he said i can see some credit while your cart check out
dont know evnato support and billing team check the relevent link or just our cart checkout
