After that, I requested a refund on or around 15 February 2024. When I asked them, they said I had to request it on Theme Forest. I have added a refund request. However, my purchase code does not appear in the item. Now it doesn’t appear in my refund request options either. Also, they remove themes from WordPress. These two licenses need to be refunded
