refund problem

I recently purchased a piece of software on codecanyon. i then successfully returned this software.

I have requested a refund for a different software in the past. the refunded fee was credited to my envato account. my debit card was not refunded.

but for the above mentioned refund a few days ago, I do not see a balance in my envato account. there is no refund on my credit card either.

where could the problem be?
