Refund information

Hello everyone.
I would like to ask if and how I can ask for a refund of my yearly subscription. The reason is simple, I wanted a monthly subscription and also selected the wrong card so I need to do everything anew.
I am testing the service so I can tell my employer to subscribe but it is no use for me to have a yearly subscription as of now.

If you haven’t downloaded anything then potentially.

You cans always change the payment details to another card.

The payment has already gone through on the wrong card, but I haven’t downloaded anything.
Hopefully they will reach back after I sent them a ticket. Gosh, I’m so clumsy.

Just make sure you don’t download anything and they should be able to help
