Hello i install the theme after downloaded, install every plugin that the theme need it and when i go to custumize the Home Section is missing, can you help me to fix that?
Have you installed the demo content? Check the documentation?

go to Settings => Reading and set your front page there from the dropdown select options.

It is set to Home, but there is no Home section in custumize settings
you can set any page as your front page from Settings => Reading.
then you can use that page as your home page and can edit the page accordingly.
Also you can check theme documentation for more help and also can contact theme author for any technical query.
