Problems with padding in Avada Classic

Hoping someone can help with some padding issues we are having with Avada Classic on dev.manawatuchamber.co.nz.

If you view the homepage under “Sponsors” there is is a large amount of padding under each portfolio which we can’t remove.

Then on mobile above “Upcoming events” there is no padding, yet it is padded on the web view. Can anyone help with this?
