problems whit theme newyork17 fashion

Hi,
I have problems with the theme newyork fashion in my website.

  1. My car buing icon is not working.
  2. The instagram module is not working.

But i reinstalled the theme and these modules are working.

is it normal that this happen?? What can I do if this happens again.?
