Problem with new install ultranet theme and ultranet-core plugin

Helo,

I am newbe in wordpress and my company just buy ultranet theme. After i install ultranet theme, ultranet-core plugin and all the required plugins. Why all the picture in midea library not appear ? and i can’t upload media when i edit a page.

Can someone help me ? thanks in advance.

But if i disable ultranet theme and ultranet-core plugin, the media library work normally and all the image in the media library appear.
