Problem with Marki Banner Image Size

Hi,

I purchase a Marki Theme in September for my website, but while publishing the website I feel like website is not responsive as some part of the website along with the banner image are not properly visible in mobile view.

Also I want to know is their any preferred banner image dimension, which will resolve this issue.Currently I have used banner dimension as 1800 * 569.
