Possibility to send out a offer/shopping cart thru email?

Hi,

We are looking for a woocommerce plugin that will allow us to send out offers to spesiffic customers.

Example use case:
A customer contacts us, and ask for quote for one of our products, but wants it with a custom design that is not available in the webshop, so we calculate the price to produce this and send out a shopping cart to the customers email address.

Does any1 know of a plugin that is able to handle this use case?

I don’t see reason for that?Why you just don’t send invoice for that custom design? If you want to send trough woocommerce that you need to make that design and put in woocommerce.

That is only complication .
