In the Porto theme for Magento 2.3 the only blocks that appear on Content > Pages > is the Instagram block. I’m unable to edit the other blocks or content on the page.
The only Content > Blocks that appears is the footer_top
Where are the blocks and content to edit? I have looked everywhere.

If you haven’t imported the demo, you won’t see the other blocks. You can go to the theme settings page and import the all block if you’d prefer. You may need to activate the theme to be able to perform this by the way
