I would like to find out if there are any themes or plugins or both that can do the following:
Careers – to have Academy training page that each member will enroll by filling their details such as full names, id, province, and region/district. Able to load random quiz multiple choice question and the system able to mark the compliance testing of members and give results after electronic test. Public online assessment and evaluation of public representatives when the page open for such period
Documents – the page will be used to load pdf / word documents, and the public able to view and read, including to download those documents.
