Please help to understand why my item rejected

I have recently uploaded this article Rolling The Dices - Create & play in the javascript category and I don’t understand why it has been rejected with the sentence “…and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again”. My idea is to create some dice so that anyone can use them to create games.

Apart from the visual components are not good enough, it’s not a game that you could play, just a dice coding ( which is not available to test, it’s just video ) - not to mention some of the dice scripts are already available for free on Github, if you know how to search it. With all these reasons, I don’t think anyone would be willing to pay 40$ for the project.
