How to fix the width of the content on the mobile version and the header cuts off in half

Actually just to manage expectation - it would take more than 2 days before envato will step in plus @Edge-Themes are one of the most respected authors on envato and reply super fast to item comments so assuming the request has gone in on the right support forum, I’m sure they will reply quickly.
Otherwise try leaving an item comment.
