Hello, I would like to assign my Phlox Pro license to another Wordpress installation. When I try to do this via the averta support portal, my purchased license (themeforest) does not appear. Login, synchronization via envato done but no license to see. So I can’t deactivate the assignment either. What should I do?
In most cases. the license is for one single end-product.
If you wanna change the domain name or get another installation, you will need to purchase another copy.
yes I know, but I will deactivate the license and in the dashboard, where I can do that, is no license to deactivate.
It doesn’t matter if you deactivate or not, you won’t be able to use the same purchase code with another website/domain
