I am recovering my site from a recent hack. I can’t find Page Builder in my wp-admin dashboard anymore – it should be in the Dashboard menu list on the right, no? The Theme documentation indicates PageBuilder should be down at the bottom of the list.
Should I delete the theme and reinstall it from the zip file? Will that lose all the customizations I did?
Do I need to purchase a a support contract to fix this problem? Our 6 month contract ended the week before the hack occurred. How do I purchase additional support time?
If you added customization’s in your child theme, then it wont be lost if you delete the parent theme. You can contact the author of your theme from the support tab.
