Hi all. I downloaded a theme and to get support it is asking me for a license…but there is no number in my files that was provided even though it shows as a licensed downloadable in my envato elements account. Please assist.

I need some help finishing this theme implementation out.

You can download the license file at the same place where you download the files or you should get an email with the details

Generally i don’t mind for graphics etc. but I find this hard to take when a theme doesn’t actually work. This particular theme hasn’t been updated since 2016 and i don’t think that the one on elements is even the latest.

Authors should have to keep the themes on elements up-to-date - even if the response time is longer we should still get theme support.

One of the issue i have is CTA shortcode buttons don’t work. Why should i have to swap out my theme just because a supplied shortcode doesn’t work!? Angry is an understatement

  1. Envato elements offers you unlimited use of the template on a one-time subscription and for this reason you do not get support , if you want to get support you can buy a theme on temaforest at a well-deserved price .

  3. Your problem may be related to setting up your server , check the customer ratings before saying it doesn’t work .

  4. CTA shortcode - In Oscend no short codes because it works with visual composer .
