onair2 theme - bought 3 licenses and told only 2 valid

I purchase 3 onair2 themes. I was talking with their support and they informed me only 2 are valid. It has been a huge issue for the last year. I can’t seem to get anyone on the line to get this issue resolved.

for solving purchase code or item license issue will need to get support from the item author. They (author) are the right team to help. you can contact item author through item comments page or author profile page or best option is through item support page.
