Is it possible for a purchase made in November to be cancelled now, after four months? This is the second time it’s happened, and ENVATO hasn’t provided any explanation or reasons for it. How is it possible for a purchase made in November to be cancelled now, ENVATO? Are you going to put me in debt with you? So, the customer acquired the license, probably used it, and after four months, they reject the payment, and I’m the one left to deal with it? Is there any way I can contact ENVATO?

If you’re talking about sale reversals, then there is nothing Envato can do. They lost their share of the money just like you. The reversal is not a refund. It doesn’t happen through Envato, but at the payment gate level (bank, Paypal,…). It’s akin to payment fraud.
If it were a refund, it would have to be motivated, and you would get a reason why.
