No more change is possible on my template (logo)

i use XTRA template. today i try to change my logo. the personnalize view show nothing. how can i solve this issue please.

please go to wp-admin then theme options => Header/logo setup or Appearance => Customize then Hader => logo setup and set your logo. Then upload your logo and don’t forget to save or published based on your theme settings options.
Otherwise you can hire a freelancer. Thanks
