Spent 8+ months on this product and not sure really what’s wrong.

Presumably you have the correct permissions to adapt that other item and the original author has evidenced that?

Yes we also did partnership agreement and also got approval from Envato for collaboration.So all that is clear.

We submitted collaboration request form and got one ticket id which also mentioned to reviewer.
