Need advice for directory theme to offer a single type of industry company list, in one country only.

Hello all,
although I began creating websites in 1994 (yep, one of those crusty, old pioneers) I am bewildered by the robust directory themes. I tried mylistings but gave up.
I want to offer a single type of industry company list, in one country only. Features needed: claim listings – with multi-level options. Location map not necessary since clients would be from other countries.
So, which theme would you suggest that would need the least customizing?
Thanks for helping the old guy who began providing internet access when only 28.8 modems were used.

Listing Pro by @CridioStudio might be a good fit:

With pretty much any directory/listings style WordPress theme you’ll be able to limit the listings to only one industry in one country (since ultimately you control what’s published) - but I like the the styling for Listing Pro and I’m pretty sure it has the ability to claim listings built-in.
