Need a theme similar like that

Hi there Envato.
I am looking for a theme similar like this page: https://www.garberhof.com
It should have a fullscreen video with the centered logo and below of that 4 rectangles with links to the subpages.
I also love some integrated tools like pagebuilder.
Witch theme on themeforest would you recommend to use?

They use typo3.org CMS, they may be offering a free theme as your demo but you may not be able to find a out-of-box solution as a theme/template to achieve the same design/features

From what i see, I think you need someone to build that theme for you.
Is not to hard to build.
