like i will give a youtube song video, i want some music artist to compose an instrumental track for that song which i can sell it with copyright

If your serious I’ll charge $1500 for the track, depending on length (up to 3 minutes) including 2 rewrites plus $15k for the copyright (buyout) of the track. My email is on my profile page.

$15 is very expensive. I can run a studio in India with that money
Why don’t you buy a studio in India and make your own music? Sounds like more fun to me then paying someone else to do it:)
