I used to upload my works for past couple of years and getting rejected constantly. I would like to know if any specific reason for the rejection. I like to correct my self if anything wrong from my end.

Padding and margins too and bottom are not consistent.
Given the smart layers - are you intending this to just be used as an image in the signature?

if so then that is going to be very small on a mobile and not properly clickable which renders it pretty useless

If the smartlayers ads just a design thing and you intend for someone to then code it - the images in this may be an issue (several big email clients can’t render background images)

either way it needs modernising and more variations
