Is there anything where people can check who is online and then start a video chat with them? This would be for many different people under different categories. You can check under a category to see who is online and then start a video chat. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
You could try one of these https://codecanyon.net/search/group%20video%20chat but they probably don’t run off Skype - to have more of a “community” where chat rewind on skype would probably require an official agreement/licensing with them esp if you plan to monetise it in anyway
Either route you are almost certainly going to need to decent investment in hosting and back end setup
