Let’s say I am going to create themes with camera niche like GoPro. Is it okay if I use GoPro Camera (product name, images and price) in our themes as sample product ?
No you cannot use branded images and content without permission but you can use stock photos.

Great to see entries being posted for the contest! While they all look like nice themes I wanted to highlight that we are looking for themes that are dedicated to selling one product and selling it well. There are a list of example sites above in the announcement that present a single product only. A couple of other sites that might help showcase the idea are:

Also, try adding features that give the product of choice that extra detail or help the buyer have as much information as possible that gives the product that ‘wow’ factor and finally check your the demo for any ‘placeholder’ text as themes with ‘placeholder’ text or images in the live preview will not be eligible.

Interesting idea. This contest is mainly focused around physical products but if an ‘experience’ was presented in an interesting way it could work. Basically I’d have to see it to be sure. If you wanted to use Stripe you could upload to the miscellaneous category (http://themeforest.net/category/ecommerce/miscellaneous)
Tech gadgets would work yes! Just be sure to focus on a single product
