Modifying template code for compatibility with IE 10,11..

Hello, I bought a template on “themeforest” site. Its called “Valera” and its an HTML5 responsive website template: http://themeforest.net/item/valera-responsive-html-template/2194402
I really really like the template, but some features, like the gallery for example wont work with IE 10 and 11.
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in modifying the code so that it is compatible with the above mentioned browsers and how much would it cost.

compatibility with IE 9 and above is mandatory of themeforest items. If it is not working you should contact the author to fix the issue.

Thank you for your reply. I contacted the author, but his reply was that there is no fix. He says he is working on it, but it looks like its been over a year already and still no fix.
