Hello, I’m an Envato Graphicriver Author. “Social Networks” badges are missing on many Authors (Including me) profile page. Why?

hi i took part in a survey and i was said tha i was supposed to get a badge as a reward but indeed i still do not have anything yet … may someone tell me what is the delay for getting it pls?
