I purchased a theme from FAVTHEMES and love the theme. I have been able to complete the majority through Eliminator but can not save any changes in the themes option panel. The Author (favthemes) is stating there is a problem with mod_security, asking to disabled the rule ID 340007 and 5000140 on our server and it will fix the issue. I have tried this through my hosting company and it is not working. (favthemes) when they do respond is 2 days or more (frustrating) and really doesn’t know what going on here I believe. Anyone ran into this problem and help shed some light on this for me. Please. Thank You
You need to solve the issue with the item author, no one here would provide you solution/suggestions for the other authors’ item for free but If you’re interested in to get some paid support, I’m available.
