MAXIMUN of activations plugin

I bought a plugin in 2019 and since then I must have changed computers about 5 times until I stopped at the mac m1.
The problem is that on installation the plugin gives me the following error: You have reached the maximum of activations for this license. If it’s a lifetime license I shouldn’t be able to use it on any computer. How do I do? I’m not using it on more than one computer at the same time.
