How’s it going guys?

I am a web developer and entrepreneur based out of the US. To make a long story short, I have a lot of clients in the web development space and have been doing freelance for some time now. I also have a lot of business knowledge (own a couple physical businesses). I wanted to create my own development company for a while now. I finally realized that the only thing holding me back is the graphics part. I am a designer but do not particularly enjoy creating logos and business cards. I much rather stick to coding and web design.

I am looking for someone to partner with or at least out source that can give me their rates up front. I am looking for professional level work.
