After Effects skills to create high performing templates. You know how to improve rendering performance and avoid unnecessary elements that can increase render times.

Self manager / reviewer with critical eye. I expect you to take full charge of the creative process and come up with the highly polished AE template. You should find issues and fix them before you show the template to me.
