@mabuc is right - that’s little more than an hourly rate for some developers here.

Forgot one “zero”
Very difficult to find anyone can work with your budget. Because they need only 15 or 30 minutes fixing bugs on Wordpress…and they got $5 or $10.
With 9 PSD files need at least 2 or 3 days! It’s meaning they can get more money with other work instead do your work.
