Looking for custom option on woocommerce product

Hi

I’m looking for a simple plugin that will allow customers to add their name to a t-shirt/hoodie before printing and add the cost of the print to the total cost IE -

Size - XL
Colour - Grey
Enter Name (optional) Joe Bloggs

Total cost - XX XX
