Looking for Club/bar theme with private members section

I’m looking for a theme, similar to Red Goblin but which has an area that members can discuss topics, like AGM, privately.

Does anyone have any ideas? Would probably be a WordPress theme but there maybe something else out there!

HI Nigel, u mentioned about Red Goblin theme, why u do not try to contact the concerned author and try to see with him if there’s a way to add what u would like to have in addition and for how much he would create just that …
