Looking for approved html for wordpress theme conversion

Hi

I am looking for approved html theme that I will make wordpress theme . Please come with unique/niche html template if you have. Designers with approved html are most welcome.

I will give all wp-related support
I would prefer 60-40 (60% for mine ) but if you have objection with that you can tell me .
