Locked off Video Backgrounds

I have been an Envato Elements user for quite some time and will continue to be.

But one thing I have frequently NOT had luck in finding is LOCKED-OFF VIDEO BACKGROUNDS that can be used as backplates for spokesperson/green screen keying. (Which is a very common need)

There are plenty of still backgrounds, but it’d be great to have REAL-TIME, SUBTLE MOTION so the background is “living.” And if it were shot both WITH and WITHOUT in-camera blur it would look good too.
