Hi! I am creating a series of digital trading cards and want to use some elements like animated sparks in the background of my cards. I purchased Photoshop animated sparks action but am I allowed to create an original piece using the purchased elements combined with my own original artwork and then sell it?
Seems like I should be Ok since it is a mash-up of original artwork and the sparks action is a part of the whole. Would love feedback as these will be saleable.
