Layer slider plugin from the Church Forest theme

Hello,

I purchased the Envato Church Forest theme from Envato. I installed it into GoDaddy and all is working except I am trying to install the Layer Slider plugin and its telling me I need an item purchase code. Is the layer slider included in the purchase of the Church theme? And is so , where can I get this code?
