Still unable to access Paypal payment option in the new payment system. It’s fair to say that no effort is being made to resolve this issue at this late date.

We received the email on January 15:

You should receive your payment on Tuesday, January 16, 2024

But still no payment. It is the first time we have such delay through a new payment method. We are from Ukraine, Payoneer. Do I need to create a ticket, or should we wait some time?
