Item was rejected. Any idea why?

I uploaded a logo to graphicriver the other day and unfortunately it was rejected. Can you give me a suggestion please? What is the reason why it was rejected? Any good or bad opinion can help me.

I cannot see the duck. Beside this the shape is too simple and it has low commercial potential. Also the codding concept is overdone.
