We’ve made a copy (text) change to the ‘what is item support’ modal. It appears that having “Item Support includes…Updates and bug fixes” was causing some buyers to assume that if they didn’t have valid support, then they wouldn’t get updates and bug fixes. This is completely incorrect so we’ve replaced the copy with “Assistance with reported bugs and issues” to align with the item support policy.
On top of this we’ll (tomorrow) be adding a tooltip to “version updates” on the purchase panel to further explain that any updates are included in the cost of the item.
