Item removed from queue, no comment, no hidden item etc

Not sure this is the place for this sort of a topic but whatever :slight_smile:

I uploaded an item to CodeCanyon some 11 days ago only to find my dashboard completely empty today. No comments regarding the item, it hasn’t been published and it’s not in the hidden items tab. I was almost about to make a post about the rather extensive waiting period but now I’m just confused. Anyone who might have any clue as to what might have happened.

Ensure your email address is correct.

Check your spam for any rejection message.

Submit a ticket if you would like them to re-send the rejection message.

Continue working on your next project (and the next one, and the next one) and continue to submit new and improved items until they are approved.

This happened two times, once with an audio item, and now with a AE template. Very strange, I always look after I submit items. :neutral_face:
