Issues Updating Credit Card Method of Payment

Hi! I am simply trying to change the method of payment from one credit card to another, for the same organization, however it’s not accepting the new card. I submitted a help request over a week ago and haven’t received a response. Can anyone help me?

Not exactly sure about the problem but you will need to solve the problem with support. Save your ticket number and avoid duplicating the request - the support is a little bit slow usually but in addition, there was an Easter holiday/break.
