Now I heard “rumours” that this is something new envato is trying or maybe i missed some announcement from them?

I somehow don’t think that is it. I was under the impression this is going to be a separate platform.
Some official explanation would be good. And if so, how can we all join. A bit of unfair competition in this manor.
